i understand illustrator better now, but it still sucks

ok, i'm finished with my illustrator project. i don't know if i love it, or hate it, but it's done so i'm not thinking about it anymore. i'm also writing a 'self-critique' for this project (which really doesn't seem to be the appropriate term, because really it's more of an artists' statement than a self-critique, but whatever) that will explain how social change (ie. blogging, youtube, etc) has led to the swing in power of political manipulation from the politicians to the public. that's my story and i'm sticking with it.
